About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Digital Media to lead the strategic development and execution of paid media initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving consumer acquisition and monetization across various digital platforms, with a focus on subscription, commerce, and box continuity businesses. Candidates for the VP of Digital Media position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid media, and at least 5 years' in a leadership capacity. The VP will be tasked with building and optimizing paid digital strategies, establishing revenue goals, and managing a team of paid media experts. Proficiency in performance media buy management, diverse ad format media buying, and a strong analytical background are essential. The role also involves close collaboration with senior leadership, marketing, audience development, analytics, and data teams to align paid media efforts with consumer business goals.
