About Us:
We are a fast-paced, innovative photo studio based in downtown Los Angeles, specializing in fashion and eCommerce photography. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and well-rounded multitasker to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Retouching Review: Communicate detailed retouching notes after product shoots.
AI Photography Projects: Manage AI photography workflows, review and QA images, and ensure smooth communication and project transitions from start to finish.
Model Castings: Organize the timeliness and flow of model casting sessions.
Sample Coordination: Manage the process of checking in and checking out samples. Steam, fold, pack and unpack clothing samples
Social Media Support: Capture behind-the-scenes content during photoshoots, assist with light social media posting, and engage with the online community.
Office Management: Maintain studio efficiency by managing office supplies and daily operational needs.
Key Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: You ensure that no sample is misplaced and that everything is in place for a successful shoot.
Organizational Skills: You manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and excel at keeping things in order.
Personable: You enjoy working with a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Proficiency in Excel: You can create and manage spreadsheets for inventory, scheduling, and workflow tracking.
Experience with Project Management Tools: You are comfortable using platforms like Slack to keep the team aligned and on track.
Thrives in a Fast-paced Environment: You manage tight deadlines well and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
