Job Description

Compensation : $20.98/hr The Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating and managing both print and digital marketing materials for the agency, including graphic design, social media content, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels while staying current with industry trends; they will also represent the agency at external events when needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

Assist with the creation and management of content for the agency’s social media channels Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and other members of the senior management/executive team to conceptualize, research and develop marketing materials, as well as create new marketing opportunities Assist with the production of agency digital graphic and printed content. Work to stay in touch with new and emerging marketing design tools, channels and opportunities Assist with proofreading and editing of all agency marketing materials and communications Work directly with program leaders and other departments to conceptualize and gather information for print and digital advertising, brochures, flyers or other marketing materials Assist with marketing project management, scheduling, and tracking Attend all required marketing staff meetings to provide input on department direction, provide updates on current work-in-progress, and assist with brainstorming of new marketing ideas Professionally represent the organization at all marketing related events, conferences, etc. Attend all trainings as required by Compass Health Network Travel to various agency locations for the production/creation of media/content Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or marketing* *Relevant/comparable experience can serve in lieu of educational requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication, graphic and print design, and computer skills with a high level of motivation required Comprehensive reading skills and demonstrated proficiency in English language and grammar required Broad knowledge and experience with computers, Adobe Suite, Canva, Social Media Channels and Microsoft Office required A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, & compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
